A hammam is a centuries-old bathing ritual. You warm up in steam, lie on a heated marble stone, get scrubbed with a kese glove and washed with a cloud of olive-oil soap foam. Your skin comes out noticeably softer.
We give you a peştamal (a light cotton wrap) and slippers. You can wear swimwear underneath if you prefer.
No. Towels, peştamal, slippers and a locker are provided. Bring swimwear if you'd like to wear it.
The hammam ritual takes 45–60 minutes; packages with a massage take 1.5–2.5 hours. Plan a little extra time to rest with tea afterwards.
Yes. Your therapist guides you through every step and adjusts the heat and scrub pressure to you. Just say if anything feels too hot or too strong.
